Return/Exchange Policy

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you must first contact us within 48 hours at (561) 272-9800 to initiate a return. Once your return is approved, we will email you specific shipping instructions. *Your box must include the RA number on the outside of your package.*.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment after our receipt and inspection of returned item.

Private Jewelers, LLC. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

  • All sales of custom, engraved, and special orders are final sale

  • Fees and shipping charges are non-refundable

  • ¬†Pieces altered or sized in any way are non-refundable

Merchandise must be returned in original unused condition and in original packaging and must be received within 7 days of receipt.
