Return Policy


If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you must first contact us at (561) 272-9800 to initiate a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation to notify you that we have received your returned item along with specific shipping instructions. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. *Your box must include the RA number on the outside of your package.*

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Private Jewelers, LLC. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

  • All sales of custom, engraved, and special orders are final sale. 

  • Fees and shipping charges are non-refundable. 

  •  Pieces altered or sized in any way are non-refundable.



To initiate an exchange, please contact us at (561) 272-9800 within 48 hours of receipt. The merchandise must be returned in original unused condition and in original packaging and must be received within 7 days of receipt.
